One company, four departments, no dead ends.
This is how Red7 is built to run. You belong to a department — not a box. Explore each one to see who's in it, what it owns, and how the work moves between them. Come back to it. This is the model we operate and improve from here.

How the work moves
Every project travels the same road, in one direction. Knowing exactly where work lives — and when it hands off — is how we stop stepping on each other and start moving faster.
Development
Teams build on dev servers until the work is genuinely complete — every feature, database, and test in place. Nothing leaves until Development says it's done.
Staging
QA tears it apart — re-checks every test, reviews the experience, enforces brand and customer standards, and fixes what it can through a controlled, CTO-reviewed process.
Production
Verified, brand-correct work goes live for the customer. From here, ongoing care runs back through Customer Service, not through a new build.
What happens after something ships
Not every request is a development project. Once a system is live, its care starts at the front door and only becomes a build when the change is genuinely significant.
